Should have let him drive it…Sales 101 - Know your audience
This.I think a lot of it has to do with the guys on the outside. Wide open, speedy receivers make a QB look better than guys who get no separation. As a former QB, I can tell you that having all day to throw to open receivers is not very hard. Running for your life with blanketed receivers make you look like a much worse QB.
It’d have Arnold higher as a college QB, I know they are supposed to rank on NFL projection though.List is spot on. Though I may have Arnold in the Tier B group.
Not in retrospect as much just my opinion. Allar was one of the only ones with golden arm talent last cycle so they skyrocketed him. He’s all potential IMO. Vizzina, Nico, Malachi Nelson all have the same arm talent with significantly higher floors and therefore lower bust potential, IMO. If Allar was in the 2023 class, IMO he doesn’t crack the Top 50Is this in retrospect? Wasn’t Drew Allar a legit 5 star?
Arbitrary ranking of most likely to commit tomorrow vs end of July.So Driskall predicted 7 commits for 23 by the end of July. Who we thinkin
Cam Williams maybeArbitrary ranking of most likely to commit tomorrow vs end of July.

Love/Greathouse?
Had Larsen and Williams in there originally but saw that it was specifically 23 kids.Cam Williams maybe
Agree with this. Lean Love. Also said at least 2 24 guys.Arbitrary ranking of most likely to commit tomorrow vs end of July.

I think Jagusah is next for 2023. Cutting his Michigan visit short to come to ND says all you need to know.
In order
Jagusah
Hanafin
Bell
Flores
Gray
Not sure after that. Greathouse may wait a bit. Love’s timeline is unclear. Jason Moore probably sometime in July.
Pretty sure I remembered reading in Loy's article today that Hanafin is likely to take visits and enjoy the process.
edit: Just double checked the article. He does want to extend the process according to Loy.

He said later in the piece he’s committing before the season and after his officials. Right now, his only visit is this weekend at Bama. Maybe he goes to BC next weekend but I just have a hunch he commits soon, before the July announcements at least.
1 LB - this would be a major surprise, right? Correct me if I’m wrong, but Ausberry’s our only target here and his timeline has been publicly stated as December I thought.I'm listening to Driskell's podcast with Shaun Davis right now and he thinks there will be 8 public commits in the 2023 class by the end of July.
1 RB/ATH
2 WR
1 OL
1 DL
1 LB
2 CB
He could also see 3 WR and no RB's. Davis thinks there will be 7 but he could realistically see 9.
With this criteria, my best guess would be: Love, Hanaflin, Flores, Jagusah, Moore, Ausberry, Gray, BellI'm listening to Driskell's podcast with Shaun Davis right now and he thinks there will be 8 public commits in the 2023 class by the end of July.

Exactly what I was thinking. It would also be a tremendous month. If that happened, I cant even recall the last time…With this criteria, my best guess would be: Love, Hanaflin, Flores, Jagusah, Moore, Ausberry, Gray, Bell
So the number grew from 7 to 8 in less than an hour???I'm listening to Driskell's podcast with Shaun Davis right now and he thinks there will be 8 public commits in the 2023 class by the end of July.

Shaun Davis was thinking 6-7 and settled on 7, but said they could realistically get up to 9 if everything goes right. Driskell said he thinks the number will be 8. He also said he thinks there's a better chance there will be more than 7 public commits than under 7.So the number grew from 7 to 8 in less than an hour???

Got it. Thanks for clearing this up. I guess we will see how it all plays out.Shaun Davis was thinking 6-7 and settled on 7, but said they could realistically get up to 9 if everything goes right. I thought Hanafin and Flores were pretty 50/50. Wouldn’t that make 7 the most likely scenario? I’m missing something with Driskell per usual.
Rico FloresDidn’t someone cancel their visit to Georgia?
Hanafin recently picked up a Georgia offer, and I believe has one from USC. If he’s really into enjoying the process he’ll make a trip to one of those. I don’t know what a kid from Boston would enjoy about an OV to Boston College. (Also I think his older brother plays there. So it’s not like he can’t visit whenever he wants).I agree with notredomer23’s read on it. Him taking the Bama and BC officials is him extending the process and taking his visits. He’d have used 4 of his 5 officials after the potential BC visit. And nothing says just enjoying the process like taking a BC visit when you have ND and Clemson fighting for you.
