I finished Dragon's Dogma's Post Game last night with 121 total hours logged. I spent probably somewhere between 15-20 hours in the Post Game alone, absolutely loved it. I would have kept exploring, collecting treasure, and fighting bosses just for the fun of it in Post Game, but you kind of reach a point where they say "Ok, you're done, get out." It's not forceful or anything if you've done all the quests, it's just more like...it gets really tough to hang around in Post Game at a certain point so you pull the trigger on the end game cutscenes. All the Post Game quests were done, so nothing major was missed. All I missed out on was amassing even more treasure, which can be done later.
The game has a New Game+, which I'm already looking forward to. I've got a few quests I missed the first time around, so I want to hit those, and there's more gear to grind. There's probably a number of unexplored places I have yet to hit too, I have yet to get the "Visited 50 dungeons" achievement done, although I feel like I've done a decent job exploring most of the world.
Overall I'm extremely pleased with the game. Rather than try to deviate a lot from the original game, Capcom mostly stayed true to the original and that isn't a bad thing because the first game was awesome. The story even has a lot of parallels to the original, but it's unique enough to be it's own thing. It's still a shame people were review bombing this gem over misinformation and bullshit. I did run into performance issues in two very specific areas of the map, but it was very localized and avoidable, and there were no issues at all if I turned off God Rays in settings.
