The yeehaw brigade is back this year. They're drunk and cursing up a storm in front of my 5 and 2 year olds.
This. On the flip if a teen is there and dressed up and says "Trick or Treat " then they get a snickers. Let them be a kid a little while longer and if they went through the trouble of getting dressed up and played their part then I'm pretty sure you're about to hear "Thanks" when the candy leaves your hand. Honestly the teens that do it right are like my fav trick or treaters, but maybe that's because so few of them actually do any of that... and most are just punk kids holding you hostage.
Man whenever teenagers roll up with no costumes and a pillow case, I just say “nope” and send them on their merry way. At least participate in the spirit of the holiday and put some effort into it. My wife says I’m a jerk.
Growing up, my parents started taking the family to a movie on Halloween and leaving a big bowl of candy out with a note about just taking one, leave some for others, etc. Without fail, the bowl would be empty when we'd return ~2 hours later.
The first douche bag teenager with a pillow case and no costume undoubtedly emptied the whole thing and ensured the littles in actual costumes got nothing when they came by. That enraged me (and still pisses me off). F*ck those assholes. I begged my parents to let me dress up as a scarecrow, sit limp in a chair on the porch, and wait for the first kid to try to empty the whole bowl so I could traumatize him. Alas, they never let me do it.
Regardless, any teenager who shows up at my door without a costume or younger siblings in tow is getting handed one piece of the smallest/crappiest candy in my bowl, and invited to GTFO my property. And I'd be a lot meaner than that were it socially acceptable to do so.

Is this you?

That is like saying Italian food all just noodles and tomato sauce rearranged
Our company created a flyer to be used at the big PRI racing convention held in Indy. The flyer featured items (tool chest, tools, safety gear, etc.) that was created from content provided by the manufacturer. One of the items was their "pinup" series tool chest that has a pic of a chick on it.
I have a female manager that works for me. She has two ladies that work for her. Yesterday, in walks the manager asking if I had scene the flyer. I tell her no and she starts to show and tell me about it. I stop her and tell her we are IT and I don't have anything to do with sales or marketing. Next thing you know one of her ladies (Amy) comes in and starts to discuss it. I quickly figured she was the instigator. I explain this was provided by the manufacture and sales and marketing agreed on it.
Today, the manager comes in and tells me yesterday "Amy" wasn't going to say anything, but just happened to run into Jeff (company president) and mentioned the flyer to him. This "run in" happened after our discussion and we work in separate buildings, so I'm not buying the "run in" excuse. After several emails bouncing around it was decided nothing was going to change. The pics below is what she was upset about.

People who drive slow in the passing lane. Pisses me off to no end and here in Michigan it is REALLY bad.
She'll probably sue if she ever gets fired. Hostile work environment.
Pisses me off when the fat white dude at Greenwood Chipotle makes my burrito...he's always short on the ingredients. Think I'm going to try to get him fired. Has happened too many times now.
And he never balances it out right. I like to eat a burrito left to right with same amount of ingredients stacked on top of each other. Not all meat and sour cream with the left bite and rice and beans on the right.
Wait, do you eat a burrito like a corn cob?
She's (Amy) a good worker, so I don't anticipate that happening, but my radar is definitely up on her.
I was just joking (kind of) but yes, best to keep your guard up with Amy.

That's why you ask them to mix it up!
I won't ask them to mix it up if it's busy, but if I'm the only one in line I will.
On that note, a Chipotle line worker has probably complained about me via whatever the "Gear Grinding" thread is in their life. "What grinds my gears? When I take the time to dress a burrito with our toppings in an even, presentable manner before folding... and then the customer asks me to mix it up! Grinds my gears."
I LIKE IT WHEN MY BURRITO IS GUARANTEED TO BE A BALANCED EXPERIENCE, OKAY.
I DO NOT LIKE TO EXPERIENCE THE SOUR CREAM BOMB.
Biting into a burrito and eating all of your sour cream in a single bite, rather than getting it mixed it with the protein, grinds my gears.
Something like that, except you don't roll the burrito.
Why don't you just order a burrito bowl and have the tortilla on the side? Sorry but this is grinding my gears
