Disappointing just because I was hoping for green numbers. Green numbers in the playoffs would be a cool tradition to start harkening back to that Sugar Bowl.

I like the gold around the numbers though that should just be on the standard home and aways.

Huge fan of everything they did... up to the green gloves and cleats.


That's like building the perfect 69' Ford Mustang and putting under lights on it, what a fail at the end.

Not only did they take a flashy, yet classy look and make them Oregon'y at the end... Those bright green gloves are going to do our DBs, OL, TEs, and WRs NO favors in the pass defense/blocking department.

Epic fail job at the end of the design. Very disappointing.

Idk. I guess I'm just getting old, but everything seems so forced now. This is the third alternate uniform ND will wear this season alone. I remember the '92 Sugar Bowl, and when they came out in those jerseys, it was a BIG deal. That was the first time Holtz ever strayed from the standard uniform. He didn't even allow the Fiesta Bowl patch to be put on the uniform for the national championship clinching game in 1989. I don't remember the '77 USC game, but I know it was a very BIG deal. It is known as "The Green Jersey Game" for a reason. It just seems like the mystique and the psychological boost that an alternate uniform used to bring is gone now.

Like I said, nauseously bad. LOL.

Heck, even the Quinn era "gold" pants were gross imo (except with that dark green USC jersey).

Was ecstatic back when Kelly changed them to the yellow shade. The yellow shade also helps the gold helmets pop more (especially with the new paint/manufactures)

I like them, I am 50/50 on Blue/Green jersey numbers but I think they are better then the normal away's and are not too crazy for a special game. good mix IMO.

Nice. I love the touch of green combined with the standard uniform.

I wish we'd get the tricolor involved more, such as the socks/shoes we wore in Ireland in 2012, but I think I'm the only one who I've ever seen mention those.
