Martini extra dry, stirred not shaken.
What does everyone here use for the ratio in their martinis?
Martinis are for soft men who get manicures.
Real men enjoy a nice whiskey neat.

Just for you NorthDakota, some Ardbeg 10 neat in a glencairn glass.
I do think it is time for some everyday summer scotches though. Time to grab a bottle of Old Pulteney 12 and maybe a Balblair aged in bourbon casks.

What beer should I drink tonight?
What are the options?
Having a G & T after work.
Went to a lovely Colorado brewery after work & filled the growler on the way out
Which brewery and which beer?
Just had a Quinta Das Carvalhas Touriga Nacional Douro 2014.
A very good wine.
Martin House makes some damn good beer.

Have you tried any of their dessert style beers?

3 Fonteinen Hommage. An absolutely amazing lambic beer.
Nose is raspberry and tart
Has a near champagne carbonation feel.
Strong raspberry flavor with a bit of tartness, hint of sweetness and a dry finish with hints of cherries.
Perfect.
Had some Enjoy By the other day, good stuff.
Adelbert's Naked Nun witbier. Terrible name for a good beer.

For real? I was hearing amazing things about it.Found a Martin House beer I don’t enjoy,... Depth Charge Hazy IPA is pretty bad( tastes like they took their bubblegum Gose base and tried to make an IPA out of it), couldn’t even finish it. Now having a firestone walker mind haze instead... much better
