Starting with San Tan Supermonk Belgian IPA. Reminds me a lot of Hopshock. Starts on grapefruit and orange, with a hint of pine then it deviates with some Belgian yeast and a hint of banana joins the party.

Tend to steer clear of anything Belgian. Don't care for the yeast and the banana part. Everything up to there in your description is right up my alley though.

Did you ever try San Tan Moon Juice (it is a India wheat ale, their description not mine)? I missed out on it and I was wondering if I ever see it again if I should grab some.

Missed it. Did they can it? I don't recall ever seeing it.

Picked up some Anchor Christmas Ale last night, and plan to drink tonight. Thoughts?

Recommendations on Magic Hat Heart of Darkness or Bell's Winter White Ale?

Green Spot Whiskey today as a colleague is leaving the company. 50 squids a bottle, not bad!

Ha!, actually, she came into my office yesterday and was asking me all about who I was going to bring and how she may bring a 'friend'... no joke, the whole time I was thinking, sadly really, "If I weren't married I'd take you, buy you a few drinks, then take you home (I live like right across the street from where it's being held oddly) and bang the living, bama fan, shit right out of you."

...

I wouldn't do that, probably even if I weren't married, but I had that thought... oh yes I did...

life sucks.

It took me 30 years on earth to try egg nog. We have snow tonight, so I decided to take the plunge. I am happy to report that bourbon and egg nog were made for each other.

If you ever see Green Flash Palate Wrecker you should buy it. A damn good beer.

Tonight for me Ska Hibernal Vinifera Stout. Oak aged Stout brewed with Malbec grape juice.

Thanks pkt, I'll be on the lookout.
