Ugh my head tells me that I should want FSU to win so that our SOS doesn't completely die today...but my heart is saying "F**K F$U."
Not true. Even if SOS falls by ONE game with an FSU loss, it's still in our advantage for them to lose. If they win out, they're guaranteed a playoff spot. Opening up that spot is more important to us than a single game in our opponents' W/L percentage.

^This is one opinion, and not one I agree with, but let's save them the headache :).

The commentator on ABC is right. The Wolfpack wildcat package blows.

#29 from NC State may have the worst hands I've ever seen. Could've had 2-3 picks this game.

Tired of hearing the announcers talking about how awesome Jameis is.

Remember the good old days when Michigan was good enough that we had to put the old LaxHex on the Wolverine rapist FG kicker to pull out a Michigan loss?

Man, I keep rooting for these underdogs against top ten teams but they keep upsetting me. Clemson against FSU, Washington State against Oregon and now Arkansas against TAMU. The first two guys didn't get it done, and now it looks like Arkansas is totally blowing their two TD lead.

My only hope is that when it comes to a potential upset against one top ten team that is dear to my heart, that we will have the same fortune.

NC State started tough and now has been outscored 42-14 since the first quarter and 21-0 the last 10 minutes

Lol that was a hilarious night in that thread... and Michigan is 2-9 against Power 5 schools since that evening. #TheCurseIsReal

How many times can underdogs make huge mistakes in these games? Arkansas could've had it locked up with a field goal. Instead, they botch it and then give up a 21 second TD drive.

Only hope is they can sustain a big drive to wint he game.

arkansas shanks field goal and tamu scores to tie it at 28 seconds later.

2 min left, arkansas with a chance to drive down and win it

I think we've posted about this before in another thread, but I just feel exactly the opposite about this.

The only way that an FSU loss benefits us is if we lose to FSU, finish 11-1 and #4, and they finish the year with 2 losses and are our competition for the final playoff spot. I cannot think of another scenario where them losing to anyone would help us, and I don't see them losing two games if we're not one of them.

Stanford's defense looks exceptional. Offense looked between OK and good.

They're extremely physical upfront and will be a nightmare for our OL. Hard to tell exactly good their secondary is but I think more than good enough to run with our mediocre WRs.

Missouri up on #13 So Carolina. Under current polling standards, if the Gamecocks lose, they will drop to #14 and previously-unranked Missouri should move up to #16 or so.

Stanford was pretty lucky that Washington's QB sucks. Also they were fortunate that Chris Petersen decided to hand Stanford the game with some puzzling decisions down the stretch but the most glaring was the stupid decision to go for it on 4th. If you're going to go for it, just go for it. I know a few punters had some nice runs today, including the SU punter, but still. Stanford's offense sucks big time and needed that short field position gifted to them in order to score the go ahead touchdown.
