Maybe but how funny would it be if they upset Bama and the SEC Champ was a team that was beaten at home by Indiana who is 0-7 in B1G play?

What will probably happen, is a 2-loss AZ beats a 1-loss Oregon again leaving the Pac 12 out of the playoffs. That's assuming tOSU holds chalk & Baylor/TCU do the same. If MSU & Bama win out, then it'd be hard to argue vs 2 SEC teams in the Playoffs. That, IMO; would accelerate the expansion from 4 to 8 team playoff...possible net year.

Don't think that can happen? Neither did LSU in '07 when they backed into the NC game b/c two other teams choked.
