Burgess-Becker played as a true freshman last fall recording three tackles on special teams.
He would have to sit out this season due to NCAA transfer rules.
Burgess-Becker (6-1, 205) would then have three years of eligibility at his next program.
Burgess-Becker has received his full release.
The four-star recruit was ranked as the nation's No. 10 athlete and the N0. 24 prospect in Florida in the 2015 class by 247Sports.com Composite Rankings.
