It has to be bad.

The school requests that the NCAA apply “common sense and commitment to fairness” and treat the case not as a serious Level I infractions case but a “Level II standard case.”

In the end, nothing is really going to happen. Even if it did, Michigan will just appeal.

The NCAA should vacate wins from the time the illegal scouting commenced to when it ended. Meaning they would need to vacate about three or four seasons of wins, but ultimately will keep the title, and a few of the victories before that.

Harbaugh will be "banned" from coaching in the NCAA, but he's already moved on. Maybe Moore gets a year to think about what he's done on his couch at home. Scholarships should be reduced, but with the limit going to 105, a loss of say 50 scholarships over 5 years won't carry the weight like it used to.

The issue with only vacating those wins, is that there is no way to tell how much the football team got from being good. I'm sure some recruits went there because they were winning, as a result of cheating. Maybe vacate from the beginning of Stallions through 2024?

In the end, if they're forced to vacate the title, literally anything else is just the cherry on the sundae

This. Whatever happens, I pray to the football gods that the title gets vacated because it should be. Michigan fans have been insufferable since that title, their first outright win that wasn't shared since WWII. They still think they're hot shit, and because they beat OSU last year they still think that makes them the champs since OSU won the next one. Their arrogance knows no bounds.

The NCAA doesn't have any jurisdiction over the title and the CFP has already stated, I believe I read this, that they will keep them in place so they would just forfeit the 12+1 regular season wins...so 2-13 with a title.

They didn’t have “authority” over polls or BCS either. There has never been an NCAA “sanctioned” national championship tournament in football. That has never affected titles / records they choose to recognize.

Sure but… CFP can also decide to not have a 2 win known and adjudicated cheat national champion

Slutty Michigan lawyer woman on Twitter even thinks it’s bad.

I was going to shame you for calling her the slutty Michigan lawyer woman until I looked at her X photos. Seems like she is very proud of her buckeyes.

Some people think Hart was resentful that Moore got the HC job. Apparently it was known that they weren't friendly.

Hart also essentially quit in early 2024 it seems and doesnt have a new job, which is odd.

Doesn't do it for me, too much plastic on the face and chest. It's getting almost to the point where you can group her in that category that some wierdos like, anime and AI, just more fake than real. Plus the whole Michigan fan shit.

Honestly......I don't see the NCAA doing anything at all with this.. Close to absolutely zero actually. IMO it's just reporters trying to do something newsworthy with their being no football and recruiting close to a dead period.
