It's from the guy at 11W who's been pretty reliable with some of the recent leaks. He expects a little more from the CMU thing, some more details about the actual sign stealing operation, and maybe even some Matt Weiss stuff. Oh and he expects this to come out during the week so it can be a topic on College Game Day. The leaks are deliberate to punish Michigan and keep them under scrutiny.

Out of curiosity, has anyone read anything anywhere about Stalions recording himself doing the opposing teams' signals? There are now rumors that they were using AI in-game to decipher signals (which would be a massive no-no as in-game computer use is banned as far as I know).

I'd take a 4 year postseason ban over "officially" taking away their national championship and a 2 year postseason ban. In my books, "officially" taking away their national championship is borderline meaningless since they will claim it anyhow. A 4 year postseason ban would absolutely gut that team.

This is literally false information. The beaches at Sleeping Bear Dunes in Traverse City in the upper Lower Peninsula rival any beach of any sort I've ever been on, and i've been to the Carribean.

I will not stand for the (State of) Michigan slander!!!! If we kicked out those asshole skunkbears it would be a utopia!

No way. If it's officially taken away every college football fan will let them know it, they won't really have a leg to stand on. Post season ban is nice, but that championship should forever have an asterisk next to it. If you bring up the asterisk to scUM fans online it already drives them crazy. Just make it official!

Hard disagree, you want it officially taken away. The only thing that matters in 20 years is the record books. Taking it officially forever erases that season from public conscienceness and makes Michigan's cheating a matter of historical note.

The Thumb shouldn't count as "East Side" IMO. Lots of great spots there like Caseville and Port Austin, to name a few. Great hunting, too, without having to go all the way "up north."

Muskegon and GR are beautiful. I've also done the salmon run between Ludington and Manistee, great fishing. Once you get north of Saginaw, it's a whole different state.
