As a ND fan and a Bears fan, there is nothing more I would like to see than the Bears getting Harbaugh and Michigan fans getting some crap coach because of it.
Funny. I wouldn't expect Shaw to even get a sniff at a NFL HC gig. Harbaugh to Bears, Mora to SF, Soso to ND would be delicious.

Not sure who this turd is, but if so I can't see this being good news for UM, as UM fans seem to think it is.
Jim Harbaugh, do the right thing: crush Michigan's dreams.
ND should pay him $8 mil/year to stay out of Ann Arbor.
ND should pay him 8 mil/year to come to South Bend.
Worth the gamble and keeping him away from UM. He actually has worked at a school with high Academic standards so I think he would be pretty good.Harbaugh would fail so hard at ND. If he can't get along with his GM/owner... how the hell would he get along with ND admin?
There is no doubt in my mind that Harbaugh is going to end up at Michigan. If you guys remember when Saban got hired at Bama, it was very, very quiet during their search then all of a sudden boom went the dynamite. This seems eerily similar. I hate to see him land there, but all signs point that way.
I see your point but Harbaugh is a better NFL coach then Saban was. Saban always seemed like a college coach whereas to me, Harbaugh seems more like an NFL coach. He's better off in the NFL IMO. And with the way Michigan's roster is currently constructed, it doesn't appear that they'll be any good for awhile.
This is a great point, and one I think is getting widely ignored. Look at Michigan's roster. It stinks. The only proven guys with talent are leaving this year. So whoever takes the job, is also going to have to completely revamp his roster. This isn't like Urban taking over a talent rich OSU team, this is a bad football team. This is not a plug and play squad, the new coach will have to be someone willing to take part in that sort of rebuilding project. I'm not sure that's really that appealing.

Harbaugh is going to wind up at UM....and good for them....college football is always better when UM and OSU are legit contenders....
Here is the thing...where else would Harbaugh go? The Raiders? The Bears? The Jets? You can say UM's roster stinks; it does....but is a helluva lot easier to rebuild a college roster at a big time program then it is a pro team with diva millionaires and lack of star QB's....Harbaugh's ego and his drive and his schtick is perfect for college football....He needs total control (like Saban)....He is focused (like Saban)....He will be given plenty of time to succeed....he will probably be on the 5 or 6 year plan; not the 3-4 year plan most coaches are held to; as this year's UM recruiting class is craptastic and he will want his first full of year of kids to be juniors and seniors before expecting anything close to competition....in the NFL, you almost have to hit the lottery on a QB and lineman....money talks....an intense coach can only motivate so much....coaches make less than the players they're coaching and that creates conflict....
But we shall see.....my vote is him going to Michigan as every other NFL franchise looking for a coach are complete messes and the reports of him having handshake agreements with UM have been out there for over a week now.....
I wish he was coming to ND....but then again, I don't think ND could handle, or tolerate, his personality....UM embraces it....that's why we're class and they're an ass...just sayin'....

Georgia OC to CSU looking very likely.
If this does happen does Georgia look in house for their next OC? How successful can Bobo be at CSU?
Also found this interesting in the link on the tweet.
LSU: Defensive coordinator John Chavis has agreed to a new three year deal worth $4 million to remain at LSU, according to Derek Ponamsky of ESPN Baton Rouge.
Well deserved money IMO.
