Really doubt it. I think he'd more likely stick around another year at ND and then just go to med school... unless he really, truly believes he can be an NFL caliber QB or has some itch to scratch in the MAC.

I really doubt it. He's academically a senior, going to med school, and has no future in football.

Oh, I think it makes perfect sense. He's invested a lot of time and energy in his playing career and no doubt he wants a chance to play. He can transfer without sitting a year because he will have already graduated. And med school will be there in a year ... lots of people take a year off before med school.

He could just wait a year before med school and have some fun. He doesn't directly have to go into med school and I doubt waiting one year would kill his application. He probably worked super hard these last 4 years, taking a year with some easy classes and football wouldn't kill his chances

Right. One of my wife's friends from med school just waited tables for two years after college. Lots of people don't want to go straight to med school.

Washington is a great job. They are a better historical program than UCLA anyway (who will always be second fiddle to U$C in LA).

8-4 with two of the losses coming to Baylor and a fairly competitive loss to Ohio State. Almost made the MAC title game against Northern Illinois, but lost last week to Bowling Green.
