I like it. You can do that because literally ever player and coach made some form of mistake that was involved over the last 4 minutes. Just insane. Some way worse than others, but there isn't a single person that's to blame, there's just a 2 minute chunk that is as bad as it gets on all accounts.

Everyone is responsible for the last 4 minutes. Everyone is responsible for improving and winning every game the rest of the season.

It starts with a tough matchup at duke this week, but a touch matchup we can win by 14+

I'd actually feel less confident personally if OSU came up short on the final play and ND wins.. Almost impossible to not have a let down. Guess we shall see on Saturday.

I get we lost to shitty teams last year. We also had back up QBs for other schools starting for us. Our starting WR is now a backup DB somewhere else. The cupboard was pretty damn bare is a lot of places, and a horrible start to the year, yet MFMF still got that team to a 9-4 record.

This team isn't last year, and Duke doesn't scare me. Fuck 'em 45-17

I also worry a bit about the physical toll. Half of our defensive starters played every or nearly every snap on Saturday. We'll need to rotate more and use our depth, especially in the front seven.

Was in the south endzone Saturday night as an alum & fan but will actually be in Durham this weekend as an alum, fan & proud older brother as my little brother is a co-starter along Duke's DL (Hartman actually juked him out of his cleats when they played Wake last year 😳).

I don't anticipate another Marshall and do believe our OL should handle their front seven (as others have alluded to, like most of the ACC teams we play). There's a reason the spread shifted from -4.5 to -5.5. Here's to a hopeful 42-0 win with some touch sacks on Angeli from baby bro to close out the game. Cheers & GO IRISH 🍀

One thing I will say is the O line played well against OSU so they should play well against Duke. They aren’t nearly as good or physical as OSU.

This… when you’re the better team you want more possessions in the game. No doubt if there was an extra possession or two we win by more than 7 vs osu because we would have run our normal offense our last series vs whatever Parker tried to do.

My point, we need to be more aggressive with tempo and some PA. If we just run the ball and duke does a ton as well this will be another low scoring close game when it doesn’t need to be.

If ND blows out USC and Clemson in Death Valley and lost to OSU on the last play it will be hard to leave them out of the playoff I think.

This is Duke’s biggest prime time game. The emotional let down of the loss that was given to OSU instead of earned.

The pros that get paid millions have a hard time with this and Freeman has to do it with mostly teenagers.

Pitt was the top team they played last year… this is a good duke team, but one I believe we can and need to make a statement against. Maybe slightly better than nc state, but close.

The offensive line made a huge leap forward last week. They dominated 95% of the game. We beat those POS (OSU) 9 out of 10 times and it's not even close. Lou Holtz was 100% right! as for duke. Freeman needs to play to ND's strength. Violently run the ball straight up the middle and throw the deep ball every once in a while. ND needs/should win by 25 if not more.
