The big question here is: Jeff or Stan?
Gotta go with Stan. Did you see Jeff try to tackle Alonzo Mourning? Horrible fundamentals.

Any good matchups to keep an eye on this week? Any educational film breakdowns for either team? This site used to be good for more than people b****ing about our coach.
In all seriousness though, is there a good place (here or elsewhere) that I can watch some good educational film breakdowns of ND? I love learning more of the intricacies of the game but I never seem to find that stuff here. I think I remember someone reposting a Texas film breakdown from shaggybevo (I think) after the 2015 opener that I loved. I think it would be awesome if we had a "Film Breakdown" thread where we could post and discuss game film from ND, our opponents, or even other offenses with novel concepts we wish the staff would adopt (like fullbacks!).

I really can't stand late games...
Yeah, I wish it was one of those noon starts. I love getting up at 6am to prep the liver, catch some College Game Day and get ready for a 9am PST kick off.
Not
9am is for Cartoons & Lucky Charms.

To each their own... I like getting up, watching the game and then enjoying the rest of my day. I hate sitting around all day, pretending to care about the other games, but really just sweating the ND game. I find no matter what I do I just can't enjoy my Saturdays as much when ND is a later game.
Best game ever was that early morning start to the Navy game in 2012... wake up, game just started, watch it right from there. ND won and the rest of the day was wonderful.
ND football is meant to be viewed at 2:30 pm CST. Watch some premier league in the AM. Watch a bit of gameday. Find a couplr decent games during B1G time. Drink some beer, get psyched outfor kickoff.

I'm 20 years into this leftcoast business and I'm still not used to 10am Bears games.

I do always think that this would be one of the worst things about moving away from the west coast. I love having games on pretty much all day long on weekends in the fall. It would be so strange to wake up and have to wait for a few hours for the 'early game' to start, then have to stay up past midnight to watch the late games...
That would be just you if you moved. People east of the Rockies don't wait up to watch PAC football. I'm not sure they even broadcast it into the CST and the EST yet.
Totally half kidding.

Yeah, but sometimes it's cool being out and about all day, then tuning in to those games that start at 9 and 930pm, and staying up to finish it.

So I'd gain Celtic FC soccer (usually on in the very early AM here) but lose Pac 12 football......... ?
Is there no pleasing the sports gods on this stuff!?!?!?!
Piggybacking off the ND-Navy game, I remember when usc and hawaii had a 1000pm kickoff on that first Thursday night. I think it was '10? At some point in the 2nd half (so after midnight CST, and a Thursday, no less), I noticed I was texting a buddy on the east coast and west coast...then realizing, "Damn, we sure do love watching football!"
Say what?
This whole time I thought you were like a John Wayne/biker/cowboy/Gold's Gym conservative... and then you go and let slip you're a card carrying commie snowflake fan of the New World Order's Global Game.
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAL!
Sorry if I interrupted your Univision game of the week. (Don't worry, once the wall is built, they can still broadcast over it.)
Well if you're gonna watch soccer at least listen to Chelsea Dagger when celebrating.
But why would you pick the wimpy lil brother instead of Rangers?
One of these days I'll find a way to post pictures from my computer.
It may be an earth shattering experience for you.
Better red than dead!
Ha, you always have to try to start shit with me don't you?? Celtic did do Chelsea Dagger for goals for a long while there... in fact I THINK they were one of, if not the very first, sports team anywhere to do it. They have been using Just Can't Get Enough for a few years now though.
