can someone please explain why he is still in? Why would BK not be giving the backup play time up by 35 pts?

Two reasons IMO. 1) he's trying to get Book to throw the damn ball better lol. And 2) our #2 (Clark) is out, leaving only true frosh Pyne. I'm sure we'll see him soon handing off the ball, but I'm sure the focus till now is giving Book a no pressure opportunity to improve.
