After 16 games, I can officially say I’m not a fan of how this offense is run. Very slow developing, very vanilla. And we don’t make good adjustments during the game.

Inconsistent and fragile. This team is really sliding. Truly good teams are able to put teams like this and Ball St away when they’ve got them on the ropes. This offense in Blacksburg could be very ugly unless things get figured out in a hurry. I keep thinking it can’t possibly get worse and coaches with this much knowledge and experience will get more out of all this talent, but I keep getting more confounded by what I see

It's so inconsistent. One drive ND will fly down the field, then nothing for a few more before they again move the ball with ease.
