I'm hoping that since we've been proactive here there's no reason to vacate wins. Obviously if we didn't know it was going on we couldn't do anything, and once we did know something was up we held the kids out of competition which is more than most schools do. That's the only saving grace at this point...hold the wins.

Thank goodness. Let's put this behind us and focus on FSU. Can't have distrations like this going into the biggest game of the year. I like that the team has been able to overcome this so far. In my opinion, this may be CBK's best year of coaching at ND with all that he's had to deal with in the last few months. We can't let off of the gas pedel now. Although I wish they were part of it, we've been winning without these guys and nothing says we can't win without them. Can't wait to see KR back next year. Kid is going to bring 'tude and swag.

I really hope nobody on the football team is distracted by this thread.

Welp, at least this didn't happen. All downhill at this point...unless we vacate wins.

All uphill from here IMO.
1) we know the outcome of at least 4
2) KVR and IW will be back to add to a pretty damn good defense
3) DD's loss sucks, but we're doing pretty good so far (better if Golson stops locking in on WRs)
4) KM was not probably going to be in the 2 deep anyway
5) we need depth at DB, but we'll be fine
6) we're number 5 in the country
7) All the other scandals have outshined ours
8) we're only a few days away from beating FSU
