So then. There was a pizza parlor either there or in Ocean City on the boardwalk, or in both places. It had two names, one may have been Mack's like Mack's & somebodies. Had these great NY style pies! Huge! Some really great tasting pizza! Enough of a clue?

Continuing with the hopeless optimish, if Sampson's sources were already saying last night that the news has been given to the students and we still haven't heard anything, it makes me less inclined to believe those sources know something rather than guessing.

I get that there's an appeal (and to who, btw?), but you don't think DD would at least fire out a 'SMH' tweet? We'd have heard something if this broke last night IMO.

They appeal to the dean of their school and then the President if that ruling is upheld. Long process.

Hilariously funny! I said earlier that the 1st Gulf War didn't even last this long. IF the players were given news they were innocent Twitter would be blowing up. Either no news yet or quietness has me believing they didn't get the news they wanted and are appealing.

In your scenario, then someone on the committee actually leaked to Sampson before the student athletes were notified. So, they would not have heard about it yet. Under that thought process, decision leaked, letters mailed, and they hear something today or tomorrow. I still find that one highly unlikely - given how outspoken DD's dad has been.
