Some years back, I changed to Unlimited Rep so I could rep the likes of Old Man Mike for well expressed posts and to commend Mods like Beau for a stellar job fending off the trolls without having to spread it around like participation trophies first. It also reduced the overkill when issuing Neg Reps although there have been some posters that have tempted me to buy back the big hammer.
