I don't know if we have a thread for this already? If so, I'll merge it in. Discuss/post all pertinent polls here as the season progresses. Here is new AP/Coaches:
2013 NCAA College Football Polls and Rankings for Week 2 - ESPN

Also... Deadspin went away from their "humor" and has Matt Hinton of Football Outsiders (and many other sites) doing their poll, and he ranked all 125 for this week. Twice as entertaining and semi-legit this year:
Welcome To Johnny Football's Heel Turn: 125 FBS Teams, Ranked

ND checks in at #13/#14 this week... can't really argue with it too much. I could only make a case for us being more talented than a couple teams ranked ahead of us. We'll probably rank in the top ten next week if we get past #17/#17 Michigan.

Boise/Oregon State predictably dropped out... TCU on the cusp.

8. NOTRE DAME (1–0). Quarterback Tommy Rees passed for 263 yards and three touchdowns against Temple before halftime, a brazen slap in the face to Notre Dame tradition. (Rumor is that some of it was even produced from the scandalous "Pistol" formation.) Chastened, Rees returned to give the crowd its money's worth with an exhibition of tasteful handoffs in the second half, and was rewarded with both a not-too-decisive victory and a round of respectfully doffed caps from the gentlemen.

Haha thats awesome.

21 is a little lower than I was expecting. But there is plenty of time to rise back up.

Bama deserves obviously to stay at number 1 but I'm not sure what to make of them.

On the one hand they beat a potentially top 5 offense in A&M and potentially a top 5 defense in VT (say what you want about em their defenses are almost always good and this is their best one in a while). On the other hand they struggled on one side of the ball in each of those game. If they played a team that was fairly strong on both sides of the ball I could see trouble.

Down one spot to #22 in the AP poll. ASU enters at #23 while MSU just missed the cut and sits at #26. Michigan dropped 4 spots to #15 after their win vs Akron.

Tomorrow's Top 25 Today: Week 7 - CBSSports.com

CBSSports sees Michigan falling all the way out of the Top 25. Schadenfreude aside, That'a a Hugh drop for a team that lost by 3 points in quadruple OT on the road.

They place ND outside the Top 25 which sounds appropriate for a BYE week where are supposedly 3 toughest foes got beat.

Glad to see Michigan out that team is garbage. ND does not deserve to be ranked right now. That will change if we go on a run starting with USC.

Sparty's best win is over IU.

Neither Auburn nor Sparty was ranked last week. Auburn beats a nobody and Sparty beats an underrated IU team.

Given that both were out of the rankings, I'd put Sparty ahead.

Auburn has been much more impressive this year with wins over Wazzu and Ole Miss. Auburn is a much better team than Sparty.

MSU isn't all that great, either. They needed 2 defensive TD's just to beat an 0-7 WMU team, and they haven't really beaten anyone. And their 1 loss was to a ND team that is inconsistent and is really nothing special this year. Until MSU gets good QB play more consistently, and their Offense takes their game up a few notches, they're not a quality team.

Ole Miss is better than people think, even though they're not the greatest team in the world. UGA, right now, isn't a very good team because of all their injuries, and it showed yesterday. When healthy, I think they're a pretty good team. I think a lot of teams would struggle if they were without their 2 stud RB's, 2 best WR's, and some key guys banged up on Defense, including a potential Freshman All-American in the secondary. Which brings me to Mizzou. I think it's obvious that they're better than last year, but they are most defintely overrated, and I doubt they would have beaten UGA if the Dawgs were healthy.

I don't have a problem with Auburn just barely making it into the Top 25. Do I think they're a really good team? Or even a good team? Ha! No. But I don't think people will be complaining about them being in the top 25 in the future when they lose to A&M and get exposed. As for A&M, their Defense is horrible, but they have a very, very good Offense that's spearheaded by arguably the best player in the country.

There definitely is an SEC bias, but what some people don't realize is that there are teams outside the SEC that have been given higher rankings than they truly deserved, both now and in the past. Just look at Texas the last few years. How many times were they given a top 25 ranking after beating up on some below-average teams to start the year, or in the preseason coming off of a losing season? They would then get blown out by Oklahoma or someone else. Stanford was definitely overrated heading into this year. And ND has been given top 25 preseason rankings in the past when they've been coming off of mediocre seasons, and have bolted up the rankings in the early part of certain seasons without even beating a very good team.

I know there's still a lot of the college season to go and things will sort themselves out, but this week's rankings have to be some of the worst I've ever seen in the polls.

I'm starting to think Clemson may be the real deal. We'll see when they play FSU, but I'd certainly put them in the top 4 right now.

Watching a Clemson vs TA&M game would be the highlight of the bowl season.

Did you see their game against Boston College?!? A BC team that won 2 games last year!
