I didn't say anything about Iraq, but the fact Obama pulled out of Iraq before it was stable is one of the main reasons we ended up having to go back and take care of Isis to begin with. Once we were in we should have finished the job at least and left a decent force there to assist in stabilizing the area. Whether we should have gone there to begin with is an entirely other story, but you'll have to talk to Intelligence about that. I can tell you that there's no guarantee that toppling Saddam caused the rise of Isis, it very well could have happened regardless if you look at the history of radical Islam...and given their power and what they accomplished at one time I think it's safe to say Saddam wouldn't have been enough to stop them.

The second one examines Iran and Saudi Arabia and explores the shift of the Saudi’s toward a much more conservative world view beginning with the violent insurgency that occurred at Mecca in the late 70’s.

Solid ad by the Dems there. Sounds like the fam has some disagreements. If my oldest sister tried to get a Republican nomination, I'd almost certainly go against her. Blood is great and all but if you think someone else is more qualified for the job, then vote for them.

Reminds me a bit of the looney tune running for NY State Senate in NY who claimed she was an immigrant, Jewish, and from a middle class family when according to her own family...

-Born in the United States
-Catholic as far back as anyone in the fam can see
-Not only comes from an upper class family in the US, the family in either Columbia or Venezuela was upper class as well.

Regarding Mr. Gosar, I see in his nomination, he ran unopposed and got 81K votes. The two Dems got 32K between them. I didn't look too hard for polls, but that looks okay for him.

Sens. Susan Collins, R-Maine, and Joe Manchin, D-W.Va have both announced they'll vote to confirm Kavanaugh. Barring some unforeseen defection from a Republican, this means Kavanaugh will be confirmed to The Supreme Court in tomorrow's vote.
