At the office, we are having a weekly pool prior to every round's start. Goal is to score the most upset points. Upset points are calculated by subtracting the lower numeric seed (better team) from the higher numeric team. Round 1 (64 teams/32 games) pick 4 games, Round 2 (32 teams/16 games) pick 2 games. There must be at least 7pts of separation in the first round, 3pts in the second to be considered an upset. Tie breaker goes to the one who picked the biggest upsets (largest seed spread).
Anyone have any educated advice?
So far thinking Davidson 14 over Marquette 3, Cal 12 over UNLV 5, FGCU 15 over Gtwn 2, Oregon 12 of OK St 5.
Feel free to make this an IE game, but everyone needs to keep their own score
unless it can be automated.
