O/U is 64.5.

I think you take the over with ND this year until it doesn’t happen. Spread implies a 41-24 game. SP+ Has this 38-24.

I'm a sicko and will find disappointment if ND only puts up 41 on them. I want another 50 bomb.

I think we will be running the ball quite a bit in this one. “Take what is given” etc.

Because Madsen is turnover prone I could see defensive points/points off turnovers putting us over 50 again. I don’t think we will pass as much as we did, but we’ve been really balanced so far this season so I could easily be wrong about that.

The over has hit every game so far this year. 64.5 is a ton of points however. I think I'm staying away from it. I hate betting the under with this offense, but vegas made the number so high that it finally gave me some pause.

I had the same thought for the Arkansas o/u. Found comfort in the ND team total over (34.5). Seems safe going forward with this offense.

Just saying, 64.5 is a lot of points if the game is out of hand early. There were 55 points in the first half against Arkansas, but the over at kickoff (62.5) only hit after the final TD on the Williams run around the 2 minute mark on the 4th.

Off topic but does Jagusah have a profile? I can't find it.
Singer just said it now seems he is out for the season. Is there anything on this anywhere?

John Brice mentioned on the II pod last week that the set back for Jagusah was worse the previously thought and to not expect him back anytime soon. Im guessing secondary infection of the wound site

Yes, this has been discussed in this forum over the past week or two. Sounds like, at best, a very small chance he plays in the playoffs if ND gets there.

I can’t find a thread for Jagusah. I’m trying to work out what year he came in. I think 2023 making this his 3rd year. Big set back for him.

The ISD guys had been pretty unwavering that Jagusah wasn't close to returning even before the Brice report. Seemed like a lot of wishful thinking that he was going to be back soon like a a lot of chatter had been implying.

Puntwatch: u/Irishchop91 on reddit noted ND has not punted in the past 9 quarters and asked what the record was. Without a source, another poster claimed 2006 Hawaii set the record with 11 consecutive quarters without a punt.

So we might be setting a record soon. Of course, an FSU fan bragged in a similar thread a week ealier about FSU's incredible non-punting streak, and they wound up on the wrong end of a field-storming.

Boise is a physical team. They run the ball between the tackles a lot with 2, sometimes three tight ends blocking. QB is total opposite of Arkansas. Short, not a runner, makes good decisions. Their passing game is mostly underneath with a lot of checkdowns to the TE and RBs.WRs are nothing special. They get good results vs G5 teams with this approach. I wonder how much, if any, they'll change their approach vs us. They win because their OL dominates and they don't make mistakes. Can they do that vs us?

What a weird thing to focus on...if you focus on your offense and dominate, this takes care of itself...it's almost similar to an optimist vs pessimist view of a glass of water...either it's half full...or half empty...
