I was going to go with my brother since a fellow alum cant make it, but man the tickets are brutal for face value. Cant afford it with my 1 son playing soccer in Italy right now...
I got us two tickets for about $500/each* back in August and it hurt lol. Should've waited til after TAMU and probably could have snagged them for half that.

One of the few perks of being a single man in your thirties is having some flexibility to splurge and/or make poor financial decisions regarding entertainment (games, concerts, etc)

@PolishDomer Stubhub has uppers under $200 including fees right now.

Happy to have fellow Dons pop into our tailgate if you make your way.
Hey hungryhippo...appreciate the feedback. My friends tickets were $280 each since they were on the 30 yd line, row 23...which is great.

I may have to see what the reselling market is like..i would take the other twin son that's here but he's attending Resurrections Homecoming...lol

This relationship is one-sided and abusive. If he were really your best friend he would have checked the schedule and planned accordingly. This is arguably kidnapping/extortion and I presume you are crossing state lines. Tell your buddy to lawyer up. Justice is coming.
To be completely fair to my friend, he is a Virginia Tech grad. After these past several years, fall weekends mean nothing to him now

Absolutely hard disagree. UVA fans and their bullshit “Mr. Jefferson actually called it the grounds not a campus” and “I’m actually not a junior, I’m a third year because Mr. Jefferson believed that education was a life long process” can fuck right off. Some drunken hillbilly from Charlottesville also tried to fight my mom because she yelled at him for yelling out and calling Zaire a pussy as he was helped off the field at UVA in 2015. No VT fan has tried shit talking me about how their MBA program and Law School are better than ours while at a game.

Can't believe a UVA grad had the balls to do/say those things-has to be an anomaly. However, I typically do not associate with a lot UVA fans.... But with Tech, can we have any more orange and purple shit floating around? That would be the annoying shit that is irritating to me.

An obvious aspect of deciding football games seems on the surface to be more obvious than normal for this game,… which QB makes the least mistakes. As good as Carr is he’s still young, however if SC has to rely heavily on the pass as we assume they may have to I can see it going sideways for them. Interesting build up for sure

Nothing is more annoying than Flagship U (its always them or elite privates, ) flexing crap like law school rankings. Congrats on guys you don't know getting federal clerkships buddy, you are at a football game though.

Potential to rain all day and night, can't help but think that would tilt things heavily in Notre Dame's favor

Could tilt things heavily in the favor of a lot of tickets becoming available on the secondary at pennies on the dollar

Alright IE braintrust, you are the DC for this game. What is your game plan?

Keep in mind, "My-AVA" is getting the ball out of his hands very fast. Do you play press coverage on the outside? Consistently throw different blitzes at them? Some man/zone hybrid scheme attempting to drop in throwing lanes? Do you get Ausberry more involved with dime? Or have 3+ safeties?

To the question of Moore on Lemon, Freeman called taking Moore out of his spot where you have confidence that side of the field is taken care of, robbing Peter to pay Paul. But open to solutions as long as a plan is in place or adjustments need to be made

It seems like we’ve lost Centers to injury more than any other position in the last decade or so

OL has left a bit to be desired this season. Maybe a shakeup gives them a bit of spark

If only Coogan or Spindler stayed here. It's a shame but is what it is. Hope the young guys are ready to step up and seize the moment. I heard rumblings Jagusah might not be ready until next year or potentially post-season. Did anyone else hear this?

Coogan probably not too unhappy or regretful right now... But yes, I def. miss those fired up speeches he gave the OL before every playoff game - "This is Notre f---ing Dame!" 🍀

All the pods I listen to are very pessimistic about Jagusah playing until next season. I believe there was a recent setback
Freeman said he had another surgery a few weeks back. No timetable. Though, ND hasn’t officially listed him as out for the year but my guess is it would require a playoff run to see CJ.
