He's certainly not playin like pre-injury Kelly that's for sure. Not sure the answer but hasn't seemed comfortable yet. With that said they've played some defenses recently that can get after the QB so that might have something to do with it

if we win, the line at espn and the selection committee will be: "the irish beat an asu team that was limited by their clearly injured and less effective qb who was clearly not 100% in this game"

During halftime of tonight's game Mark May praised Coach Kelly as someone who would be in the top 3or 4 choices of any college AD looking for a Head Coach then he picked ASU to win with a mobile QB over NDs defense that has given up 30 pts per game in last 3 games.

The other guy picked ND based on ASU's QB Kelly being sacked 11 times in past two games.

Politely disagree.
1. NC was a home game and we don't always come out smoking when at home.
2. I've yet to have someone tell me ASU runs the same up tempo that NC does.
3. Even if they do run the same up tempo, BVG and the D have experienced it already and should be better prepared.
4. It seems to me we tend to score early against lesser teams and then go into a little of a cruise control mode, until the other team makes some plays.
5. We're on the road against a team ranked ahead of us. I think we'll be just like FSU, focused and ready to play.
6. Since this isn't a lesser opponent, I would love to score a TD on the opening drive and at least a FG on the second of third drive to take the crowd out of it.
