Not sure if you're being serious or not (or pulling a reverse jinx, which, if you are, forget the next sentence), but there's no one on Clemson who scares me offensively.

This is not a good football team. They have talents in terms of star ratings, but without Shipley, I'm not sure they score twice against ND.

Idk it just feels like Clemson is sort of where we were last year at this same juncture and we used this game to springboard forward and salvage our season.

My hope is that Clemson is already past the point of wanting to salvage their season and Dabo is too busy being pissed at their fanbase to really rally the troops, but we’ll see.

I agree with you and Lax. Like it or not, there are some athletes on Clemson's squad. If they play inspired football, they can clamp down ND's bogus WR corp and put this game on the OL. That doesn't give me confidence. Vegas clearly agrees with that sentiment, hence it's -3 and not -10.5.

If Notre Dame shows up ready to play, they win. The cliche is real.

Idk where is all this confidence in a Clemson team that is .500 since the last time ND beat them is coming from. NC St was up 24-7 on them before narrowly avoiding State shit. Their WR's suck ass (and are injured) and they don't have their best RB. Klubnik had to throw it 50 times last week because their OL can't run block for shit - outside of 1 long run of 41 yds, Mahfah rushed 15 times for 43 yds.

The only teams they've scored 28 on this year are Charleston Southern, Syracuse, and Florida Atlantic. Those 3 jamokes plus Wake are their only wins this year. I'm not saying it's a gimme, but they ain't doing that to ND.
