It's RPO. He had way too many options that He(Ian) took the wrong read and ruined a play that could have been.
I just can't see Brian letting Long keep calling plays that are frivolous.
Book has shown us a little bit of what should have been after he had nothing to lose other than playing time.

If you can’t trust he’ll throw these balls and play this way against tougher opponents, there is reason for that. It’ll all come down to what does he do against other comp.
