My latest one is sweet with no pop ups, but I want to keep it under the radar for as long as possible.

Ended up biting the bullet and getting a sling day pass for $5. Hope these shenanigans get resolved soon without another price hike as I really like Youtube tv's split screen feature- otherwise, I'm cancelling.

At what point do you go back to cable/the cord?

I don’t because even with all my apps combine costing as much as cable the apps still offer perks regular cable doesn’t at least with the available service in my area. The various apps have instant access to shows I like so if I’m feeling the office after a rough day I can watch it on peacock and not have to wait for the right episode on Comedy Central. That allow gives me more bang for my buck than cable. Also I have Hulu live so this stuff isn’t a problem for me currently 😅

ABC, ESPN, Disney is horrible to deal with. They constantly demand more money while already costing close to $25 of your cable fee.

As someone responsible for dealing with franchise agreements including cable service, don’t ever buy their bullshit that the carrier is the cause.

At what point do you go back to cable/the cord?

I did right before football season. Only streaming I do on top of cable is Netflix and Amazon Prime. It’s actually cheaper than when I had all the streaming apps.

I don’t feel like I am missing anything. I watched the Peacock game on YouTube.

Remember folks….always wait as long as you can to buy tickets. People get desperate and dump them for whatever they can get. Get in was well over $150 earlier in the week. Always always be patient
