Hawks star players decided to show up tonight apparently. It was good not seeing Teuvo not have to carry the offense.

Going to be a great game 7! Whoever wins will go on to win the Stanley Cup IMO!

Let's Go Rangers!

these NHL playoffs are like watching the last 5 min of the ND Pitt game in 2012 night after night after night.

so stressful; get so amped up and crazy I cant get too sleep till hours after. its starting to affect my work...and my marrage...and also my kids schooling (I let all of them stay up late to watch they can hardly get out of bed in the morning! much less concentrate on homework on game days/nights.

go Henrik!

What a game, what a series. Hawks elite players finally showed up and lit up Andersen. Looking forward to
the matchup with Bishop, I think the Hawks can get to him as he's had some really shaky games this postseason and would be at home if the Rangers had any sort of offense that showed up in the postseason.

Good luck Blackhawks, hopefully the Ducks ended up losing to the Stanley Cup Champions!

Heck of a start. The Crow was flying high, it's easily 1-0 bad guys if he didn't show up.

Great game, glad I watched all of it. Hell of a goal by the Lightning player early in the game, great hand eye coordination.

Crawford carried and good to see Teuvo and Vermette each get one. Teuvo is going to be a superstar.

No doubt. Teuvo not only scored the first but created the second on the forecheck. When I watched him earlier this season, I worried that he just wasn't ready from a strength/maturity standpoint; his incredible skill and passing ability was evident, but he would just disappear from games for long stretches. Now, he buzzes around like crazy and creates scoring chances for himself and others by winning loose pucks. I love how he has picked his energy level up and started to make an impact.

So the word was that the Hawks tried to trade for Ryan Kesler last summer, but the Canucks wouldn't give him up unless the Hawks gave up Teuvo in return. Hawks wouldn't do it. Sure looks like the right call now.

Versteeg was another guy who was buzzing around like crazy. No points, but he played like a guy who was mad to be scratched for two whole series. I loved the energy from him.

Emcee, any knowledge on the extent of Bick's injury? Also, if the series gets away from Tampa, do you think Kimmo will get some time as a nod to him?

I've heard nothing about Bickell's injury. They keep a tight lid on that stuff in the playoffs.

Yeah, I could see Kimmo coming back. He's not really any worse than Rundblad, imo; both players are pretty major defensive liabilities. I think Rundblad is getting the nod because he's a better offensive player than Kimmo.

Cumiskey has been relatively good, I thought. Still a big drop off after top 4, but not terrible.

Completely agree. I thought he'd take a little longer to develop but he's a crafty little bastard. Could be a really great player for us.

I heard on the local radio it's an upper body injury and he's day to day.

Does it look like this man has a brain to concuss?

Jokes aside, I thought the same thing but I can't recall a hit he took in the last series that could have caused one.

Speaking of concussions, how the hell did Versteeg escape this one without a concussion or any other serious injury?

Lol. That Steeger mishap was like the single worst play of the playoffs.
