I don't count superbowl wins, as it is a team game. If superbowls were the standard for good quarterbacks Trent Dilfer would be considered great. I noticed you didn't include passing yards in those stats.

Throw Brady in a dome and those stats wouldn’t be close.

TB12 presser just ended. Was wearing gloves the entire time. Won't confirm whether he's even playing.

But we do know that Hoyer was wearing a glove on his throwing hand today, whereas he was not yesterday.

Does this mean that Tom Brady is confirmed to be taking all the reps and playing, and Hoyer was keeping his throwing hand warm during inactivity?

OR

Does this mean that Hoyer is adjusting to throwing with a glove, because he needs a glove to properly grip/throw the ball in the cold weather, and he is the one playing?

OR

Who gives a shit, because Belichick could coach a 12-year-old to a playoff win with a one-off, desperation gameplan?

Drew Bledsoe is the honorary captain this week. Word is that he can still sling it.

Can't stand the Patriots. Tom Brady is the most overrated qb of all time. All the guy does is throw short slants all game long.

I actually sort of agree with you. The years Brady has won the SB the team defense has been ranked 6, 1, 2, 8, 1. They held the "greatest show on turf" to 17 and Atlanta's record breaking Offense to just 21 and it was their defense that put them in position to win because Tom Bradys offense could not do anything for awhile. Biggest play in the game was from the Defense.

Give Drew Brees or Peyton Manning a top 10 defense every year and see what happens. Drew Brees won with a D ranked 20th and Peyton won one with D ranked 23rd. Things are easier when you know you do not have to score every possession and you can be Captain dink and dunk to your RB every other play.

What I’ll say about Brady, guy always came through in the biggest games. Manning is probably the greatest regular season QB I’ve ever seen but he had a habit of playing poorly in the playoffs. Also, Brady always took less money which enabled his team to afford a few more defensive guys. I think he’s been the best of this generation.

My hatred of the Colts trumps my hatred of the Pats. Hope Brady wins another one so the people here have their annual meltdown which consists of clutching their pearls and playing whatabout games until they convince themselves Manning was better.

I think Brady has been consistently great for a long time. But other QBs of this generation have not had the liberty of having a top 10 or even a top 5 defense as mush as TBrady has. TBrady can check down and not have to take huge shots or risks down the field like other QBs feel like they have to do. Aaron Rodgers and Drew Brees have a better QBR in the playoffs. Even Tony Romo has a better QBR in the Playoffs than TBrady. Brady just needs to be great in the end of games which the Defense seems to set up for him. Last Super Bowl against the falcons "tom Brady does it again", sure. But the Pats held a record breaking offense to just 21 points, the other 7 came off a pick 6 from TBrady in a big game.

I would say Tom Brady has had the best QB career in my generation or maybe even in the history of the NFL but I will also say that I do not think he is the greatest QB of my generation based on other factors. If I chose a QB from any era at any time it would not be Tom Brady.... unless Tom Brady is a package deal with his coach and his defenses.

I actually like Tom Brady and have cheered for the Pats in most of their Super Bowls including last year. I think Brady is the GOAT. If the Vikings don't make it past Philly today I will be cheering for the winner of this game.

I laid Vbucks on the Jags just to see if I can make some vbucks but I thoroughly expect NE to win though I could see it being tight because Jacksonville's defense is built in the model of the NYG defenses that stymied NE twice in the big game.

This is pure domination in the trenches. They've been getting heat on Tom and it showed on that last sack. Tom went into turtle mode bracing for impact before he had real pressure on him. A lot of game time left and it's New England but they need to start manning up in the trenches or they are going to massacred in their own stadium by Jacksonville.

Only the Patriots would be rescued by a bullshit 30 yard penalty after getting down 2 TDs.

Ha. I no longer get mad at ticky tack PI or roughing the passer calls. I’m more surprised when they don’t call them.
Bruh...Cooks was like 4 yards out of bounds. I was gaslit by the announcer at first (despite my initial skepticism of the call) into thinking there was a "big push" by the DB and then upon replay...utter bullshit. Even the announcer was like "oh shit, not really a penalty but GO PATS!!!!!"
Me at the penalty and the announcer's cheer leading and rationalization of the penalty:

Bortles is playing the game of his life. 13 straight completions? 15/17 for 176 yards and a TD? Unbelievable.

Huge play if it stands. Not sure myself. I lean towards a fumble but he does appear to maybe get possession back.
