I might just take the first 12 and then whoever shows interest after can start a second?

How does this league work? I have all my dudes from last year. I assume we're going to draft at some point? Can we get a "flex" position added? I think we talked about it on draft day last time but it was too last-minute.

Added the flex. I think re-draft is best but I am open to anything. We could do auction or random snake. If we have enough interest and real players I would love to do an IE keeper / dynasty type league for a buy in amount. Everyone could Venmo or paypal me before the season and I pay out to the winner(s).

Let me know everyone's thoughts. Maybe someone propose something and we vote?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but if we go the keeper route it would be a re-draft for this season and then keeper, right? A keeper carrying over from last year won't work because there's no way we have the same people.
