Guy I work with from Lincoln, NE goes every year. He can’t say enough good things about it. Enjoy!!Got my flights booked to Omaha for opening weekend of CWS... Irish or not should be a fun experience.
Anyone been? Recommendations?
I’d say it has to do with the facilities for real. What is going on with ND and NCAA tournament committees? Basketball being forced to play in the First Four game after being the 2nd best ACC team all year, LAX winning the ACC and not making the tournament and now baseball not being a top 16 seed when they statistically are having basically the same season as last year. Also, RPI 14 and 14-7 against top 50. What a fucking joke all the way around with these committees.

yes this is becoming a trend. But they are not the same people making these decisions , each committee has its own makeup, no overlap from what I can see. What is going on with ND and NCAA tournament committees? Nah, lacrosse facilities are top tier. Hosted the quarterfinals last year as a neutral site because it’s one of the best environments around.I’ve been to a few baseball games, as well as a few games regionally and definitely the baseball facilities are lacking.
I’m not as well abreast of lax facilities for top tier programs. Do our lax facilities lag behind the competition the same as the baseball facilities do?
nobody cost the baseball team but the baseball team. they lost more than a few games this year that were blowouts and games that they should've won in general and the relievers choked saturday and gave up a ton of runs when the it was tied 2-2 late in the gameWhat is going on with ND and NCAA tournament committees? Would travel to #1 Tennessee if both advance to the Super Regionals.
Agreed. Jarrett has to be on every short list from here on out. And you can’t blame him for leaving for a warmer climate b/c that’s the only places that can justify investing in facilities. I’ve hear Eck Stadium doesn’t draw more than 2500 fans in Feb/Mar b/c of the weather.Clemson job is open. I’ll be curious to see how that search goes.

The boys play Friday at 2pm against Texas Tech. It's on ACC Network. I'll be tuning in for sure, I had a blast watching them make their run to the Super Regional last year.
Tough draw last szn getting Mississippi St and this year with Tennessee, but let's see what they can do. They've been a streaky team all year, maybe they'll get red hot these next couple of weeks.
