So...silly question, the jerseys have 2017 and the trophy says 2017 but the Clemson hats and shirts have 2016 National Champions. Are they the 2016 or 2017 NC?
Is this where we're supposed to be like the SEC fans and jump the bandwagon?
ACC! ACC! ACC! Lol
Also - How fortunate is Clemson that the refs weren't from the ACC? We got screwed vs. FSU

Bo Scarborough getting hurt was the turning point in the game.
I love what Clemson does on offense. Multiple formations, lots of pre snap movement, move the pocket and launch point for Watson. I'd like to see ND get more creative like this.
I'm watching this game and all I keep thinking is "they called no targeting on a half dozen plays ND would've gotten flagged on, and missed critical OPI calls on pick plays that are apparently only illegal if Notre Dame runs them."
Crazy, awesome game.
First thing I thought of as well. How they couldn't have called them was mind boggling.
I'm amazed how much bigger Bama is across the board. I realize they get a bunch of 5 star kids, but Clemson looked small compared to them. PED's?
I was thinking that looked identical to FSU. I don't get it.
Not sure whether or not this has been discussed already, but it seems that ACC school Clemson won the National Championship on a very similar play that ND used to BEAT ACC school FSU in 2014. That was a very nice pick by the Clemson player.
It's not the exact play, but it is a designed pick in the same spot of the field.

Better execution - not nearly as obvious as the FSU call (which was still BS) - Bama defender avoided contact and ran around the log jam. Had he ran right into the blocking receiver we may have seen a flag (God knows the took every other opportunity to benefit Bama). The receiver did a good job selling it by running right into his defender as if he was just being jammed on his route. He trusted he would get in the way without staring down the target and running at him. Also good job understanding the ball just has to cross the plane - why run deeper into the endzone creating a longer throw/more difficult angle if you don't have to?
Great game - love that Bama has something to whine about. Watson really won me over as I was not convinced he was that great until last night.

TKO doing well with the sides!
