haven't seen UCONN much this year but have some guys at work that follow Butler really close besides being IU fans and they all agree that the UCONN center would eat Edey's lunch if we see a Purdue vs UCONN matchup.

Eat his lunch is a bit over the top but I do think UConn is good enough to take down Purdue. PU does need big numbers from Edey and UConn doesn't need that kind of production from Clingan.

Lot of games between now and that potential matchup however.

The Creighton Oregon game was great. Oregon had the game at the end of regulation and the first OT, but Creighton found a way to tie it each time. I thought Oregon just ran out of gas in the second OT.

Creighton is well coached and does a fantastic job creating open shots for themselves. As a UCONN grad ‘ obviously pulling for them, but Creighton, Gonzaga, and Carolina are the 3 teams that I feel nervous about.

Creighton matches up well against Purdue as well. There’s a decent chance for an all Big East Championship.

At a time when Marquette lost its basketball identity, Shaka Smart became available and it’s been damn near a match made in heaven. His style of play fits Marquette perfectly.
