Got the chance to see Eric Church a couple weeks ago at The House That Hitler Built in Grand Forks, ND...dude's musical style has changed a ton over the past eight or nine years.

Not sure if we got many country fans here. It's golden age has certainly passed, but we still got a few guys keeping the genre afloat. I grabbed a few here for you jabronis. The second and the fourth are my personal favorites.

As an 80's baby. I am glad my mother and older siblings had me around older music. On random nights I'll sit with my mother and listen to her music era or Janis Joplin, Joe Cocker, Jimi, Beatles, and the list goes on. A bunch of favorites were Woodstock performers.

Hopefully I can turn my daughter onto these artist. They really created great music. In my eyes.

What's the appeal of country music? The monotony is just brutal.

Song structure, singing style, lyrics, all of the instrumentation...there's so little variety it's mind boggling. We're going on 20+ years of the same songs. The drummers and bass players in these bands must be suicidal.

Travis Tritt's "Great Day to be Alive" is lit AF. I think the Rust Belt crowd here will relate to this one well. Small town Great Plains folk who left their small towns should also relate.

This is for my boy(hater) Bogtrotter. Ireland fans at the Euros 2012 while down 4-0 in Poland against the Spaniards. Ireland has the best fans in football. The team might not be very good, but the fans make any tourney better. The song they are singing is about Irish rebels being imprisoned during the Famine. They only sing the chorus. Heartbreaking song in it's entirety.
