Yeah. The original collision was when they surrounded him on the highway and one guy purposely slowed down in front of him and the guy accidentally bumped him. If you watch that part, you'll see that the guy was being harassed from the start. The second collision happened because the guys tried to block him in and he was trying to escape the assault he knew would take place, and eventually transpired.
From what I read, that is this gang's schtick. They caused a huge calamity in times square last year and this happened after the police barricaded them away from the square, so they took their show to the highway. They brag about screwing with people openly on their facebook page.
Also, this poor dude was out celebrating his one year anniversary with his wife and two year old daughter. He was screaming for his family to run as he was pulled from his car and beaten in front of them.
I hope this entire gang is sought for criminal mischief, reckless driving and aggravated assault. Since the entire gang followed and participated in the cornering and eventual assault, I would hold them all accountable. Scumbags... the lot of them.
