Cleveland radio is gripping hard. Their tears are delicious.

WTF are they crying about? Do they realize how lucky they got? Do they realize all the sh!t that came out, and even worse, all the sh!t that DIDN'T come out? These people really do believe that the program was clean (forget the HUNDREDS of 'self-reported' violations) and that it was all Tressell. What a friggin joke. If I'm them, I'm thanking my lucky stars...

I thought they'd get a bowl ban and be docked 5 schollies for 1 year in a sort of "apples to apples" punishment for BSing their way into the Sugar Bowl.

This punishment, on some levels, is even great than that... which is a bit surprising to me. Do I think they deserved what they got and more? Absolutely. Am I surprised the NCAA had the stones to do it? A bit.

What you can take from this is that Miami is beyond screwed. You're looking at huge sanctions for The U. Huge.

In my opinion, OSU got off "light" because they vacated wins from last year and got rid of their coach. For the life of me, I can't figure out why the NCAA gets such a giant hard on when teams vacate wins and self-impose sanctions? As if anybody actually cares about that, except for the dweebs of the world like Tim Kirkjian.

U$C, if they had simply played the game a little better, would not have gotten hit as hard as they did. If they came out and vacated the wins from the Bush games in question and docked themselves a couple schollies, then the NCAA probably would've literally given them a slap on the wrist.

Pryor is a saint, disregard the sweet rides he was using while in college.

yea gonna be tough to explain why he was driving the cars, but if what he said was true that's pretty sad situation for a kid to be in....IF it's true.

I almost fell out of my chair laughing when I read the line at the end of the article with TP saying he was "doing God's work". Wow.

Isn't Rosenhouse his agent? His quotes sound like they were prepared by that dirt bag.

i'm not nor ever will be an elite college athlete with the luxury of money being thrown at me, but if i were i think i would refrain from flaunting it out in the open, totally blowing my cover.

if you're going to break rules, do it behind close doors.

know that sounds morally wrong, but i think i'm getting the point acrossed.

Yep

So who is the bigger liar: TP or his Mom?? OR BOTH??? [I know the timelines don't match-up exactly, but close enough]

Mom (about purchase of car....c 2011):
Terrelle Pryor's Mother Denies Car Allegations | WBNS-10TV Columbus, Ohio (10TV.com)
"I am not doing anything wrong," she said. "I mean, I have a job, I work all the time. My son's had a car since he was 18-year-old. What's the difference? Everybody has a car. It doesn't matter to me. My son is what matters to me. I wish everybody would understand that."

10 Investigates did find court records that showed that Thomasina Pryor has had some recent financial challenges, but she was adamant that she could afford the car payments and insisted that paying for her son's cars was worth the cost.

TP (yesterday, about why he sold his pants; c. 2010):
Terrelle Pryor says he accepted money for memorabilia to help family, according to report - ESPN (ESPN)
Pryor said he chose to take money in exchange for memorabilia to help his family.

"The reason why I did it was to pay my mother's gas bill and some of her rent," Pryor told Sports Illustrated. "She was four months behind in rent, and the (landlord) was so nice because he was an Ohio State fan. He gave her the benefit of the doubt and she said, 'My son will pay you back sometime if you just let me pay you back during my work sessions.' She ended up losing her job, and she and my sister lived there.

"Let me remind you it was freezing cold in November, December and she's using the oven as heat. That's what I did as a kid. I was telling the NCAA, 'Please, anything that you can do. I gave my mother this so my sister wouldn't be cold, so my mother wouldn't be cold.' They didn't have any sympathy for me."

George Costanza, and his explanation about being a leader during the 'fire' and helping everyone 'stop/drop/roll', thinks Terrelle's explanation is weak

So he also pretty much admitted to an NCAA violation too, right? Landlord gave mom a break because he was an osu fan?

This is what I am talking about! Until people like this are publically ridiculed, shamed, or better yet ignored, not rewarded, we all deserve a little bit of the sleaze.

hahaha classic responses here.

Terrelle Pryor Interview | Eleven Warriors

Probably my favorite is the poster defending the clothes Pryor wore by saying knock off Coach and Gucci stuff can be bought in NYC.

Then down further someone actually defends the original poster of the knock off comment. Even stating 'reasonable points don't work anymore'
