But if Ryan Day leaves or gets canned?
You could at least waited a day before you crapped on the news.Rightly so. It’s an issue until it isn’t.
I didn’t crap on anything. I fully support the decision. He’s deserving of the extension and the opportunity to stay for a long time. I’m excited he’s here to stay, and think it’s great for the team and the program. You could at least waited a day before you crapped on the news.
Yeah he's shown me a lot this year post-NIU, his demeanor as a leader has improved immensely. It also can't be understated what a great representative of the university he is, and how that lends itself to more institutional support.I'm very positive on this. While he's not there yet, I think Freeman is showing all the early traits of being an elite head coach. He's wildly competitive, connects well with players, and appears to have a borderline elite ability to put together a staff. Based on what I've seen, he's probably still the best chance ND has to snag the Urban Meyer of his generation.
Also, I have no idea if it's directly tied to Freeman's rapport with the administration or just a happy circumstance, but I've never been more certain that ND is committed to winning a championship in my lifetime.
never get the impression OSU fans are super high on MF. Maybe if he won a Natty at ND they might change their tuneBut if Ryan Day leaves or gets canned?
Or if he beats scUM before OSU doesnever get the impression OSU fans are super high on MF. Maybe if he won a Natty at ND they might change their tune
Head Coach Chip Kelly promises to smash Michigan with his loosy goosy hi-octane offensive scheme..But if Ryan Day leaves or gets canned?
Yeah, many don't think he's up to the task yet, and some are still pissed about his comments 1st year when he said if he could go back in time he would have chosen ND over OSU.never get the impression OSU fans are super high on MF. Maybe if he won a Natty at ND they might change their tune
All of the above. There has been a noticeable change and accruing changes since Freeman took over the program. I don't know if it's the new president, new coach, new NIL-era or all of the above, but I've never been more convinced everyone is in alignment towards building the best CFB team possible.I'm very positive on this. Cool, now recruit like one of the top paid coaches in the country.
Bring a Natty home
