I'm looking for IE's help in what might be a fun exercise.
IrishLion Cub #2 is due in October. IrishLion Cub #1 is moving to a bigger bedroom, and thus is getting some fresh paint and furniture.
My wife, the wonderful woman, suggested that we decorate one of his walls by painting a giant play diagram on the wall and going with a football/sports theme.
Her first suggestion was diagramming a Hail Mary, both because it's the only play she recognizes by name and because it has a bit of unique symbolism as a "prayer" in his room.
I thought it might be cool to solicit feeback from you guys on your favorite plays in Notre Dame football history, and maybe make the diagram something unique that I would recognize and could tell him about in the future, kind of like how Philadelphia fans are getting that trick play tatted on their bodies... but instead of a tat, this is easily-covered wall paint lol.
My first thought was the play where Golden Tate scored and then dove into MSU's band. I could even paint the route going beyond the corner of the endzone as a bit of an Easter Egg.
What say you all?
