Someone ripped me right after the story came out about me saying Deadspin = Bleacher report. That may not be the case, but they are heading that way. Now they are posting stories of pictures with Manti and "Pookah." They need to shut the **** up. She's a little girl.

Many of the comments below the article echo my sentiments.

When LAX posted the original story I really thought that was pretty bizarre. We have gone way past bizarre now. The updates are coming so fast and from so many different directions my head is spinning.

Agreed. It's gotten to comical levels of insanity. Unfortunately, even if everything comes out and Manti is totally innocent, (which I think he is) most of the people who currently believe he is guilty will continue to think he's guilty.

For that reason, at this point I'm just along for the ride because whatever else might come out really doesn't change anything. *knock on wood*

That being said I feel terrible for Manti.

It's disgusting watching the sports media "stars" slobbering all over Deadspin, as though it is the New York Times. Of course, the New York Times is no longer the New York Times.

I am so sick of this story. Manti was either duped or he wasn't, and my level of respect for him is riding in the balance. But, I don't need to know every thought that every reporter has as the story unfolds. When it is all sorted out, I'll decide how I feel about all of this, but I'm getting tired of watching the sausage being made.

I love how deadspin, for sake of trying to save face with their original report about how Te'o was involved, continues to make comments when evidence comes out through other sources contradicting their claims.

Te'o needs to tell his side of the story. Also, if your Ronaiah Tuisosopo, and your name is getting dragged through the mud by YOUR FRIENDS, wouldnt you also want to come out and tell your side of the story? The fact that this clown is in hiding and wont defend himself or come out and say "yeah Te'o was involved" is also evidence as it is
