A lot of people have been bumping old player threads, and that's great, but I think it would be helpful for people if there was a collective thread as well to track our pro players. I really want to make a list of everyone in the pros because there isn't one out there.

Tyler Eifert, TE, Cincinnati Bengals
Trevor Robinson, C, Cincinnati Bengals

Eric Olsen, G, New Orleans Saints
Derek Landri, DT, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Great list, thanks for taking the time. One minor thing, the center for the Vikes is John Sullivan, not Kyle

I couldn't find one so I made it myself. I couldn't remember where all of our UDFAs signed and it was bothering me. I thought it would be better to just make an Irish in the pros tracking thread since that's the only thing I care about for the preseason.

Caught some of the Lions preseason game last night...Theo Riddick is fourth on the depth chart, but played decent last night. Missed a few receptions to really make a splash right away but the Lions seem like they are high on him. Based on the Lions track record....could be a sleeper! I may be biased though...

I forgot Zibby was on the Bears. Is he expected to get some serious PT or is it more of a backup/ special teams role?

Brown and Hughes will get some time today for the colts, they both were on the active roster for the colts a few times last season. Both highly unlikely to make final cuts but be on the look out for both today at 1:30 NFL NETWORK

IIRC, Sergio Brown was terrible last year, and one of the players that got burned on that Hail Mary to the Jaguars, I believe.

Yeah, pretty much. He cost us a perfect home record in the Jaguars game and against New England he got a penalty that negated a punt. On the second punt, the Pats returned it for a TD. That opened the floodgate after the Colts looked like the better team for the first 20 minutes or so of the game. He's just bad. Cassius Vaughn and Sergio Brown are both holes in the zone on defense.

LOL Sergio Brown was hilarious on the Pats. Always doing funny stuff on special teams or getting Defensive PI once a game when he only got like 5 snaps on D. Guy is kind of a spaz on the field but is so athletic.

Didn't catch the one over the middle later in the highlights. Crowd response on the one handed grab was nice though. Seems to be getting some targets. That kid has always done about as much as you can with every opportunity given.

-Jonas Gray is still contending for a roster spot, and my bias says he'll get it.

-Sam Young is being considered the 3rd tackle for the Bills, backing up Cordy Glenn and Erik Pears.

-Brian Smith is probably not going to make it with the Browns on the roster. He might grab a practice squad spot though.

-Behind The Steel Curtain on Mike Golic Jr, who is currently 3rd at left guard:
The depth chart also seems to capture the standing of Golic, who has impressed with his capacity for learning but disappointed with his ability to execute. Golic is probably shooting for a practice squad spot at this point, unless he can prove he belongs higher on the depth chart than Whimper.

-Darrin Walls almost had 2 interceptions in the game against the Lions. Walls is the 4th cornerback on the Jets roster, behind Dee Milliner, Antonio Cromartie, and Kyle Wilson.

-Trevor Robinson played 29 snaps for the Bengals and has played guard as well as center. He's listed as the backup center but really backs up all of the interior line. He'll make the roster.

-KLM is still rehabbing his knee in Baltimore. Look for him to get a redshirt year on the IR. They have high hopes for him in Baltimore from what I can tell.

-Braxton Cave played 10 snaps for the Browns in their last preseason game. Right now, Dawgs By Nature, the Browns SBNation blog, has him being on the bubble for a practice squad spot.

-Jamoris Slaughter has not played for the Browns yet, but he should stay on the roster either as a backup safety or on the injured reserve.

-Ryan Harris is contending for the starting RT job in Houston.

-Cierre Wood is trending upwards with his solid play. He might make the Texans roster.

-David Bruton is a virtual lock for the backup FS job in Denver. Every time I have seen him play in the pros he has been pretty impressive as a backup.

-Te'o got 9 snaps in the Chargers' 2nd preseason game. He bit on a play fake apparently. He is projected to start once he fully heals from his foot injury.

-Fasano played 32 snaps for the Chiefs. He is going to be their starting tight end.

-Tuck is getting back into game shape after an injury. His batted pass tonight was a really athletic play. He's still great.

-Armando Allen is battling for a roster spot. His blocking and special teams play is his strong suit.

-Zbikowski played 8 snaps and overpursued on what ended up being a touchdown run. He's fighting for a roster spot.

-Kyle Rudolph and John Sullivan are both for sure starters in Minnesota obviously. Two of the best players at their positions in the league. Harrison Smith is also a starter after his amazing rookie year. John Carlson will be the backup tight end.

-Robert Blanton is fighting for a backup safety spot. His ability to play corner is something that should help him.

-Theo Riddick had 8 offensive snaps and 10 special teams snaps in the Lions game versus the Browns. He is getting a chance to return kicks.

-Zeke Motta is supposedly doing well in Atlanta and should make the roster.

-Clausen is the 3rd QB in Carolina and might get cut.

-JJ Jansen is the Panthers long snapper for sure. They traded a 7th rounder for him.

-Eric Olsen will make the Saints roster as a backup interior lineman. He's nursing a foot injury right now.

-Derek Landri is nursing an injury as well. He still looks like someone who could make the roster.

-Darius Fleming is sadly still hurt.

-Ian Williams played 9 snaps on offense, 3 on special teams. He is fighting for the starting nose tackle job.

-Tate is a starter in Seattle for sure. Brady Quinn is the 3rd QB and will make the roster if the Seahawks want to carry 3 QBs.

-Michael Floyd is the starting WR opposite Larry Fitzgerald. His fumble in the opponent's redzone was a bad moment for him however.

NFL - Earl Thomas leads top 10 safeties for 2016 - ESPN

Projects that Harrison Smith will be the 5th best safety in the NFL by 2016. Insider only. Basically says he has a great combo of size and speed needed for strong safety. Matches well with TEs on man coverage, and could be a lock down 1 on 1 safety soon. Also mentions he is great at roaming deep in zone.

Y! SPORTS

--Barring injuries, safety Tom Zbikowski would appear to have a very slim chance of making the roster. The native Chicagoan hasn't cracked the top three safety groups and it's difficult to envision the team keeping more than five safeties on the roster.

Grant stepped on at Green Bay again at the end of the year last year when their starting back got injured. I don't think they retained him after the season, so I guess he's a free agent.

Jones played his last season in 2010 with the Saints, I don't show him still on roster with them.

Laws spent 2012 on the Rams roster, but was on injured reserve all year. I don't show him on the team this year.

Landri, Title2014 already said this:
Derek Landri is nursing an injury as well. He still looks like someone who could make the roster.

Jeff Faine played with the Bengals last season, but was released at the end of the year.

I didn't know this, but Stovall was picked up by the Jaguars last year for one season. He also was waived at the end of the year.

Cierre Wood

Sorry for not posting in his recruiting profile (which is ridiculous anyway) but I didn't want to dig.

He's having a GREAT game vs the Cowgirls tonight. Looks very fluid and catching the ball as well. Will probably be the third back for the Texans

Would be excited to have a legit reason to root for the Texans. Hope he cracks 100 rushing tonight.
