Constantly yells at his team, I am a coach and you teach and yell in practice, during the game dont put down a kid, everyone is watching, let them play and have fun, players already feel bad when they make mistakes.

Easy schedule this year and he blew it, we should have 1 loss.

By no means should he be on hot seat yet, i like his rcting classes to much. However nothing he said is really inaccurate. I can only hope he reflects on decisions and methods that were made/used and improve as a coach.

I just wish he would yell at the defense, i never see anyone getting on D players let it be hey u f-ed up or get excited when i good play is made. Diacos "reported" energy/fire is completly wasted in that stupid box.

1) He yells at his poor wittle foozball players.

2) How he handled the QB situation... Tommy was winning. You're right he should have stopped winning.

My team went 19-6 and took 4th place in state.

Two years is long ehough to realize he is not the right kind of guy, for my beloved Irish. When has he even praised a player during a game.

Good lord. Yeah, thats exactly what we need, to turnover coaches every two years. Like it or not, we're going to stick it out with Kelly for another 5 years, probably, at least. We should have a very good feel for where things are going late next year, and for certain in 2013. THEN if we're still stumbling along, you can start up this thread again.

I had a guy always yelling at me when i screwed up. Thought he was an arsehole. then I grew up and thanked my FATHER for teaching me the right way to be. ( Lord i miss him)

Must have only had 4 teams in your division because 19-6 around here is middle of the pack and not even sniffing a state berth.

How do you get fourth in the state? Do they have a consilation game? Dont bust out out polls. They mean nothing in HS. If you break those out you are embarrassing yourself. Polls in HS are 10" times more a joke than college.

19-6 would not even let you in the playoffs in Ohio. Coach in a real state and a real program. Btw quit making your kids sissies. The six losses may have not been there if you did not codele them.

Yelng is not aloud. Athletes need to be hugged and tell them you know they tried their best. That is all that matters in life...right?
