Does UGA have any delicious message board tears to feast on?
I was going to start in house first, TBH.

UGA, Alabama, LSU, Clemson, etc. can't stockpile talent anymore due to The Portal and NIL. Suddenly the final four is set and the only SEC member is their newest one. Speaks volumes to what is going on in the sport right now. Five years ago, last night doesn't happen. UGA would've had the depth to beat Notre Dame.

The National Champion will have either lost to Northern Illinois, Michigan, UGA twice or will be James Franklin. Incredible.

Dawg fans complaining about their players getting bullied.
SWING EM LOW, JACK

Also looking at this more closely, the player that falls I think only really falls because his foot is being held by our guy on the ground. Don't think Jack actually hit someone that hard.

I'll bet this guy hasn't watched a minute of CFB all year.

Really don't mind Kirby. He whines and works the refs but all the good ones do. Seems like a decent guy. Also that UGA senior class has two national championship rings and two or three SEC championship rings which is just insane.
I enjoyed listening to him whine earlier this year about not having depth anymore.

Apart from that, I enjoyed watching him lose last night. Others deserve it more, but I put him up there at a pretty high tier.

I actually agree. He’s like that attorney that stomps his feet and whines on every little thing. It’s annoying being against him, but if you think about it, he’s doing everything for his team’s benefit.

I don’t like how he runs a program, though

ESPN was almost speechless last night. Even when they tried, they couldn't seem to find the words to praise ND. They just seemed to continue mumbling their SEC talking points. Halfway into the first quarter, I almost turned the broadcast off. I need to remember to listen to the radio broadcast instead.

Morning headache thoughts:

MF shattered a long running narrative last night in emphatic fashion.

That wasn’t a nail biter, it was a crisp dismantling that left zero doubt.

Last night solidifies the idea you can still win at Notre Dame with the right staff.

I love this because that’s twice this year (Faison fake punt) where MF has clearly checked the rules and checked with the officials regarding the legality of a play ND may run. Love the preparation.

I was explaining both situations to my wife last night while stating to her how amazing it is that MFMF prepares for situations like those that he knows the team can capitalize on. Proud that he is our coach and that has has so much love for the players and fellow coaches!

I really think I'm neutral when it comes to officiating. I almost couldn't listen to the broadcast because they always dismissed a controversial call against ND and seemed to always suggest anything positive for Georgia was a great call.

The no-call on the mugging of Jayden Thomas wasn't even discussed after Gray was flagged for a small pull on GA's WR.
The no-call on the face mask of Riley Leonard that everyone saw everywhere.
The absolute robbery of the converted first down that the announcers tried to convince the audience was a good call before the rules official said, "No, that's incorrect"
The Kiser "delay of game" call....I guess, maybe, was correct?
The 4th & 13 stop where they said Kiser tackled him! WTF were they watching. There almost wasn't any contact until the ball hit his lower back. The WR made no attempt to go back to the ball. If he had, it would've been obvious interference because Kiser would've smashed through him, instead both of them moved in tandem away from the football.

I'm not bringing up small stuff that can always be argued: holding, unsportsmanlike penalties (of which I saw a few that could've been called on both sides). I hope ND has now earned equal footing with the refs in their next game. Just call it even and let the guys play football.

I'm rewatching the fourth quarter right now. The Kiser PI sucked at the time but it's almost unavoidable. That gets called every single time. Of course it only happened because Stockton underthrew it because Sneed was about to rip his arm off and he was just trying to get the ball away.
