No, I think that some point in their senior year. I'm pretty sure Sep.1 is the first day coaches can contact juniors, meaning actually calling the player instead of having to call the HS coach or DM the player to set up a time for the player to call the college coach.

Probably protecting the OL and the QBs, and I don't blame him. Nothing good would come from questioning those guys I think. I would expect them to all conduct themselves in a professional manner, but it might shake their confidence further or ruffle some feathers if a guy is getting benched for another player. Media can stuff it.
