Evidence ND Will Win Out...

So this was brought up by one of my professors today and I thought I'd share.

-In his coaching career, Brian Kelly is 2-0 vs. the "Wanstache"
-In his Notre Dame career, Coach Kelly is 2-0 vs. "mustachioed" coaches (see Danny Hope, Frank Spaziani)
-Also in his Notre Dame career, Coach Kelly is 2-0 vs. teams with variations of gold helmets (see Purdue, BC)
-Utah coach Kyle Wittingham and USC coach Lane Kiffin both sported mustaches at some point during their coaching careers
-Aside from Utah and USC, all of ND's opponents have variations of gold helmets (see Pitt, Western Michigan, Navy, Tulsa, Army)

Using the exogenous variables above, we can determine that not only will Notre Dame beat Pitt this weekend, but the Irish are destined to win out. Every remaining team on our schedule has either gold helmets or a former mustachioed coach.

That's logic NDOM can't even deny...

...back when I noticed Utah on the schedule...it looked like we were going to be LOADED on offense...and it looked as though our D was making some strides...I looked at the Utah team as midway through a rebuild, so I marked it as a win...

Utah...they know how to win big games on the road...their QB situation is better than I thought it would be...their D is typical Utah D...punch you in the mouth...their coaching staff is very good.

ask Nick Satan if he thinks they are a "REAL BCS TEAM" now...

...we are going to learn alot about where this ND team is when the Utes come to town.

I think Utah is a good team though. I don't understand why everyone STILL laughs and/or doubts them. They're in the Pac-12 and they destroyed the team that would win a MNC a year later.

Pitt could beat us and most likely will (Even though I'm betting on ND), Utah will SMOKE us, Usc still has better talent than we do and they will win (Even though they arent AS good as previous) and Tulsa has some athletes and speed believe it or not so that is POSSIBLE but not likely, And I dont care what you say about Navy, They have our number right now.

Undefeated the rest of the way? Not gonna happen. Would be nice but wishful thinking.

With the exception of Utah in my opinion, all of these are very winnable with the exception of Utah. I don't think the Utah game will even be close. USC is really not that great this year, and I think we can beat Pitt. Navy game will be tough, but again I think we can beat them as well. The bottom line is we are getting better every week and we had a brutal start to our season schedule wise.

1. Pitt is overrated. You'll cruise in the 2nd half.

3. The fact that you're even giving Tulsa a chance is shocking. Blowout win.

They gave up 65 to Okie State and 51 to ECU. Their only credible win was against Memphis. Because Bowling Green sucks. ND will outscore them if they can't stop them on D. Look for it to be like Michigan-BGSU. Close at half but blow them out in the 2nd half.
