I think BK will be calling the plays which then leads me to believe he'll just hire from within and at most hire a new position coach. My theory is based on him wanting to call the plays.

I wouldn't be opposed to that. Who called plays for him when he was at Cincy and it was a track meet all day long? I'm guessing it was him. If so, what's wrong with that model? I understand it is a different level of competition, but it seems that when you replace our incoming talent vs. Cincy's it would be just as succesful.

Maybe his plate is too full here at ND to call plays and handle everything else he has to handle.....IDK, just thinking outloud.

1. Buffalo QB Coach Don Patterson (just hired at UCONN under Diaco too I believe)
2. Buffalo HC Jeff Quinn
3. They are still working to ascertain the identity of the 3rd candidate

I think Quinn would be awesome. Really hope it's him.
