FWIW no new cases reported in Indiana today per the state health departments daily briefing. There’s been a couple each day for the last several days.

They also only reported 9 new testings...*

*according to their website.

I'm still down with Ramen noddles but I eat them as noodles, not soup. mix in half the seasoning packet after most the water is drained and some hot sauce... ghetto life. Also, these are the truth:

Hit up your local Asian market and thank me later.

I think my HEB has this

Ramen is soup only for me. I add a half cup of a frozen veggie on top of it.

I do make something like what you do with Ramen. I use a bag of egg noodles, add butter & olive oil, flavor it with one of Prodhomme's Magic blends and then hot sauce it as needed.

As far as hitting an Asian grocery... I'll check that out in July when it's 117 and the sun has cleansed the Wuhan Market.

I'll take a packet of beef Ramen and a packet of chile Ramen, cook both packs of noodles, leave a little bit of water in the pot, then mix both seasonings together.

Voila! Spicy beef Ramen.

Have a family member that works for the gov in DC... they are hearing that the idea of a national lockdown is being seriously discussed, meaning that it's not just some bs rumor.

I just heard the same thing from 2 different people. Practically speaking, what's this mean?

Shutting down gas stations to limit intra/interstate travel, most likely.

Ohio has been considering that since emergency services talked to them about the virus spreading.

Did anyone watch "Parasite" and immediately look up recipes for "Rom Don"?

We did. I know we didn't make it as good as in the movie but it was still really good.

Maybe eating Asian food wards of the virus that originated in China? Hmmmm?

Find it kind of ironic that people are piling into supermarkets en masse when they've been given explicit instructions to avoid large crowds.

im just not sure how people can keep throwing out percentages as aboslutes and then say (large number of people have not been diagnosed or identified) as some after thought. Those people could drastically change the way this is looked at.

I think it's also false to take a small small sample and apply it to the country/worlds population.

It's still so early. yes we should be taking this serious, but I just question some of the media throat ramming with it.

44,415 cases in China is only .003% of China's population. Statistically its egregious to extrapolate such small sample sizes.

With the NFL draft coming and the Tourney shutdown Vegas Is going into mental poverty mode. I'm happy with the stress these money mongering corporate's are receiving back.

Reset the odds and let another Ray Crock come out of the shadows....

A lot can change in a week but if it makes you feel better I just flew back from Orlando last Wednesday without any issue.

maybe coaches would still get their bonuses for making it? Give people something sports related to discuss for the next month of nothingness lol

It's insurance related. Any organization that runs a hugely profitable sports tournament is insured against acts of God that result in its cancellation. That's why everything is getting cancelled instead of merely postponed. Gotta collect that payout.

If they do... Give It to the families affected by this WUHAN (let's sell raw and unregulated food out in the open) virus.
Has anyone actually seen the way China distributes some of their food on their streets?

It's a heritage and a thing they've done since before they built the only man-made structure visible from space. It just seems like We the People of the World need more regulation on what we consume.

but, that conspiracy part of me makes me think that's why all of this is happening...
