Having the #1 Defense in points against in 2012 will do that. Diaco’s D only gave up 10 pts per game that year kid.

Wow. Bob Diaco is now the defensive line coach for the USFL's New Jersey Generals (who play their games in Birmingham, Alabama?)
Perusing the roster, one of his defensive linemen is Kolin Hill, a name that might ring a bell because he spent 2014 at Notre Dame and looked pretty decent before transferring to Texas Tech (where he looks like he went on to a solid career as a two-year starter).
Diaco was our DC when Hill committed to ND. Time is a flat circle. Especially for werewolves.

Fuck.

"While Mason, per multiple sources, already has visited with the Indianapolis Colts about the potential to join the staff of newly-minted head coach Shane Steichen as one of the franchise’s top candidates for special teams coordinator, both O’Leary and Stuckey have emerged as candidates to join the staff of Baltimore Ravens coach John Harbaugh."

Damn. Head coaches have to have a huge Rolodex these days. At least a long time Associate HC like Rudolph can bring some suggestions to the table now.

The NCAA really needs to take a look at the off-season calendar for football. Having 2 signing days and the portal recruiting that has to go on within certain windows that run different than HS recruiting is going to drive more and more coaches(especially young coaches with families) to the NFL. These college coaches have no break.

No one has left yet... but I would assume at least 1 more departure, based on nothing more then my gut

If I had to pick, I would say PEACE OUT to O'Leary
I really don't think O'Leary is bad coach
His recruiting has had some stuff outside of his control

With that said, if I had to chose, I'd let him be the one to go (if forced) simply because I like the other coaches even more.

Being a college coach sucks when you're in a position to make comparable money in the NFL. Why would you stay unless you are set on being a college HC?
Some people find joy in working hard at teaching and cultivating young men into being the leaders of tomorrow.

Honest question. Is it possible just nobody wants to work for Marcus? Feel like this is a ton of turnover.
