I think the Irish Envy logo should be on the top middle of the back by the neck area

I don't know how much trouble you can get in really, but using Nix' face is most definitely illegal and if ND compliance finds out they will let you know.

It's common sense isn't it?

GB seems to have a soft spot for alot of teams

I have been waiting for this question forever haha I have Miami's because I go to SLUH , St. Louis University High School, and play football and in our road to state (lost in semis) we adopted the USWAGG as our thing

so I dont like Miami I do throw up the U though

Why is everyone speaking up now about something that has been discussed for a few days and all the work has been done? Some of these opinions would have useful then

And this question has been posed to GB a number of times over the past month or so and he just ignores it. I suppose we will never find out.

Haha yeah, walked right into that one. I grew up 30 minutes from UVA and always wanted to go there. But they aren't a rival for ND in football, so it's not a problem here.

Hey, go complain to the ND compliance office.

There's a reason you don't see the Bookstore or anyone else selling merchandise with a player's face on it. There's a reason why you don't see players still in college on the cover of NCAA football.

"Ah, but Louis is cool with it" will likely get a chuckle out of ND though.

I have both Ronald Talley shirts. How did Alumni get around that? People made shirts for Sergio Brown while I was there too. I'm just curious.

You ND players faces all over stuff. Blogs, forums like this, etc. None of these places are paying ND for his likeness. If NCAA football wanted to market their games without the ND logo, they could go right ahead.

They didn't. They did the same thing we are doing.

This is starting to look a little like a comment section over at Bang Bang.

Let's cool it kids. If a few guys want to make a shirt, let them do it on their own dime. If you don't want one or don't want to get wrapped up in possible lawsuits or litigation, then don't order it. Thanks everyone for their legal advise and what-not but this is America, I'm gunna do what I want.

Because people break the rules and it's not that hard to get around it.

I'm not saying don't make them. I'm not saying don't sell them or don't wear them around. I'm not saying that ND will find out.

What I'm saying is that it is illegal and if ND finds out they will ask you to stop selling them. I know someone who had a tee-shirt idea nixed for much, much less than putting a player's face on it.

The key here is everybody go have your own t-shirt made if you want one. Any exchange of money and it becomes iffy.

It really would not be hard to bring a printed copy of these pictures to your local t-shirt place and have them print you off a shirt.

Or the shirt is free and the paid fee is to cover the shipping and handling.
